Derwent Valley

This project marked my first official release as Lead 3D Artist, where I was responsible for creating ROIs, managing budgets, overseeing artists, and handling product advertising. In addition to my 3D work, I further enhanced our weekly streams by creating new 2D artwork, overlays, sound effects, and expanding our reach to multistream platforms, enabling us to stream simultaneously on Twitch, Facebook Live, and YouTube Live. This helped broaden our audience and reach new demographics.

 

I personally developed nearly every asset for this route and worked closely with management to ensure we stayed on track for our expected release date. Thanks to careful planning and collaboration, we launched the project a full quarter ahead of schedule, allowing ample time for closed beta testing. The release was met with positive reviews and great community feedback, further solidifying our success.
