This project marked my first experience in a leadership role. Due to time constraints, we needed to outsource some of the environmental assets, and I was entrusted with quality assurance. My responsibilities included reviewing assets, documenting feedback, providing constructive critique to new artists, and assessing their skill levels to ensure they were assigned tasks that matched their abilities within a manageable timeframe.

This experience gave me valuable insight into project management, helping me develop skills in planning, budgeting, and coordinating efforts across multiple artists and projects. It deepened my understanding of balancing quality with efficiency while managing a team under tight deadlines.
